Cellular One Free4Life “I USED IT!" Monthly Drawing

OFFICIAL RULES

(Updated December 2025)

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:
(a) are active Free4Life subscribers of Cellular One (“Sponsor”);
(b) are in good standing at the time of entry and drawing;
(c) are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction; and
(d) have experienced 16–22 consecutive days of no usage (voice, text, or data) during the applicable month and receive an official SMS entry notification.

Promotion is limited to individual personal-line subscribers. Business, government, and organizational accounts are not eligible.

Individuals who, within one (1) year prior to the Promotion start date, performed services for Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or contractors, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

Entrants must comply with these Official Rules. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, tribal, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins December 11, 2025 and ends December 31, 2026.
Only individuals who meet eligibility requirements at the time of entry and drawing will be considered.

4. Entry

Eligible subscribers will receive an SMS message with a link to the entry form.
To enter, the subscriber must click the link, complete the form, and submit it within the same calendar month.

Limit one (1) entry per person per month.

A total of one (1) prize may be awarded each month. Prize details will be specified in that month’s SMS notification.

5. Drawings and Odds

Drawings will occur on or about the 20th of each month.
Winners will be notified via SMS only.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month.

If a selected entrant is ineligible or no longer an active Free4Life customer at the time of drawing, the entry will be disqualified. No alternate winner will be selected.

Up to twelve (12) total winners may be selected during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize

Each monthly prize will consist of either:

• One (1) handset valued at $100 or more, or
• One (1) gift card valued at $100 or more,

as designated in that month’s SMS.

Prizes are limited to stock on hand. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and may be required to complete IRS Form 1099-MISC.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via SMS using the phone number associated with their subscriber account.

Winners have seven (7) days from notification to pick up their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture. No new winner will be selected.

8. Winner Requirements

Winners must collect their prize at a Cellular One retail location of their choosing or at the Cellular One corporate office in Show Low, Arizona.

A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup. Winners may be required to sign an eligibility, liability, and publicity release. Failure to sign required documents may result in forfeiture.

9. Privacy and Publicity

Information submitted by entrants will be handled in accordance with Cellular One’s Privacy Policy at http://www.mycellularone.com.

Except where prohibited, winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

If the administration, security, or operation of the Promotion is impaired for any reason, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.

Disputes will be governed by Arizona law and resolved exclusively in Arizona courts. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year.

12. Winner List

To request the Winner List (available after January 7, 2027), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
