Cellular One Announces Holbrook and Flagstaff Store Closures as Part of Service Optimization Strategy

(Show Low, Ariz.) July 23, 2025 – Cellular One of Northeastern Arizona is announcing the upcoming closure of two retail locations as part of an ongoing effort to enhance and modernize service delivery across its coverage area. The Holbrook store at 252 Navajo Blvd will close after Tuesday, July 29, 2025, and the Flagstaff kiosk located inside the Flagstaff Mall at 4650 US-89 will close after Sunday, August 31, 2025.

“These changes are being made with care and consideration, and our commitment to serving rural and tribal communities remains stronger than ever. For over 30 years, we have proudly connected families and communities across Navajo, Hopi, and other underserved areas through affordable devices, Lifeline phone service, and the region’s most extensive network,” said Judd Hinkle, CEO of Cellular One.

Cellular One will continue to support customers in these areas through enhanced phone support, online services, and special pop-up events where our team brings in-person help directly to your community. These events include device activations, upgrades, and customer service support. Follow the company on Facebook at facebook.com/CellularOneOnline to stay updated on upcoming pop-up events.

“Also, as a proud E-Rate provider, we also remain deeply invested in the future of our region—helping hundreds of schools, libraries, and healthcare organizations across Arizona and New Mexico access federally subsidized broadband and technology solutions.

So, while we say farewell to these two retail locations, we’re not going anywhere—our mission to keep you and your family connected continues with strength, heart, and innovation,” added Hinkle.
