Yes, there will be a temporary interruption. Starting March 19th at 2 PM (Arizona time), the old portal will no longer be accessible.

No, you don’t need to re-register—unless your saved payment card has expired. However, when you log in for the first time, you will need to reset your password.

Yes! You can easily set up AutoPay through the new portal.

You can view your bill in two places on the new portal:

  1. Accounts – Click “Accounts” on the left-hand menu and select “View Bill.”
  2. Payment History – Click “Payment History” to see both your current and past bills.

Yes! As long as you’re enrolled in paper billing, you’ll continue to receive a paper copy.

No, there are no fees for any payment methods at this time. However, this policy may change in the future.

Currently, all payment methods are free of additional fees.
