What's Eligible for Trade-In?

To qualify for the Cellular One Device Trade-In Program, your device must meet the following requirements:

  • Fully Paid-Off & Owned by You
    Devices must be fully paid-off, with no remaining installment balances or leases, and owned by the customer who is present and wishes to trade in.
  • Not Lost, Stolen, or Blacklisted
    Devices that are reported lost, stolen, or appear on any carrier blacklist are not eligible for trade-in.
  • Good Working Condition
    Devices showing excessive damage or water exposure may be rejected or may qualify for reduced trade-in value.
  • Remove SIM & Memory Cards
    Please remove all SIM and memory cards prior to trading in your device.
  • Factory Reset Required
    Customers are responsible for performing a factory reset on all trade-in devices to remove personal data before the trade-in is processed.

Eligibility and trade-in value are determined in-store after inspection. Cellular One reserves the right to decline trade-ins that do not meet these requirements. Please see all terms and conditions here.
