Every year, customers using the Lifeline benefit must recertify to keep their service active.
The good news: many customers are automatically recertified and can simply visit a Cellular One store to pick up their annual FREE smartphone.
Important: Everyone’s recertification date is different (usually February–August). Wait for your text message from us, then take the action listed in your text. We’re here to help.
There are 3 pathways to recertification. Your text message will tell you which one applies to you:
