A new subscriber to LIFELINE who is not completely satisfied with the service and or device may return the device and cancel service within 60 days for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to equipment, facilities, telephone sets, instruments, devices or the like provided by another company. Cellular One may refuse to return a Customer’s applicable paid charges where the Customer has previously ordered the same or similar products or services from Cellular One and canceled such same or similar product or service.

Defective Device Policy

Between day 1 and 30 customer may return and exchange a defective device to any Cellular One store location. The following criteria must be met in order for exchange:

  • Device and original box must be returned including all accessories that were in the original packaging. Device IMEI and BOX IMEI must match.
  • Device must be in almost new conditions
    • No scratches
    • No dents
    • No cracks
    • No chips
    • No lock code
  • If customer purchased device from Cellular One a gift card may be issued

Retail

If you purchased a retail plan with a device at a Cellular One store, and it does not meet your expectations you may return it to a Cellular One store within 14 calendar days from the date it was purchased.

  • An original proof of purchase (receipts or invoice) is required with your return.
  • Please remove any lock codes and remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before returning your device. Cellular One is not responsible for any device containing personal information.
  • Return the device (device, battery, charger, manual and software, etc.) in the manufacturer’s original packaging along with the receipt/invoice.
  • Device must be in like-new condition with no visible damage. Devices subject to neglect, misuse, water damage, unreasonable wear and tear, and the like, are not eligible for any return or exchange program.
    • If you purchased your device at Mycellularone.com or by device, you may return the device to any Cellular One store or it can be shipped to the Cellular One Return Center at the address below:

  • Retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records.
  • Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping charges may apply.
  • The return and device refund process may take up to 60 days.
  • There is a restocking fee of $35.00 for all returned device.
  • This program does not cover lost or stolen devices. These policies do not limit or supersede any existing manufacturer’s warranties.
  • Device condition must be verified by our Inventory Department before a refund will be issued. Any refund amount will first be applied toward any outstanding customer usage or access fees. The remaining amount, if any, will be issued to customer in the form of a gift card.

All devices purchased from Cellular One are unlocked GSM 850/1900, Cellular One does not make any guarantees that the device will work with another service provider.

Between day 15 and 1 year of initial purchase defective devices can be taken to one of our warranty locations for inspection and warranty service. Warranty can take up to 30 days and is not guaranteed based on the condition of the device. The following must be met for warranty:

  • DEVICE must be in almost new condition
    • No scratches
    • No dents
    • No cracks
    • No chips
    • No lock code
  • Warranty locations include:

    • Farmington Store and Mall, NM
    • Tuba City, AZ
    • Kayenta, AZ
    • Gallup Store and Mall, NM

You may cancel cellular service within 14 calendar days of purchase if our service has not met your expectations, and you will not be charged an early cancellation fee. You will be charged a reasonable restocking fee of $35 as posted on our website.

Device and proof of purchase must be returned to any Naked Mobile location within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund

However, if you cancel service due to device (or after 14 days) you will not be credited for any portion of your monthly service fee. You will still be responsible for any other charges applied to your account.

Refunds will not be given for any activation fee paid. The purchase price of your device may have been discounted to facilitate your subscription to the service so only the price paid may be refunded.

If you cancel service within the return period but do not return the device in like new condition, you will be charged for the amount of the discount you received which will be deducted from any refund that you may be owed.

If applicable, the device charge will be refunded only if device is returned in like new condition with all components included (including original box). If a refund is issued your device charge will be in the form of a gift card and will be emailed to the email address provided by you.

Before returning or exchanging any product that has data stored in its memory, please transfer all files you wish to retain to another file source. Once the product is returned, your files cannot be recovered. Cellular One is not responsible for any personal data you leave on your device.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose concerning your service or your device. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service and do not authorize anyone to make any warranties on our behalf. We do not guarantee that your communications will be private or secure; it is illegal for unauthorized person to intercept your communications, but such interceptions can occur.
